For international shipping, if you live in a deliverable area, it would usually arrive within 2 weeks to 1 month of shipment.
If you live in Japan, it will usually arrive within 2 days to 5 days of shipment.

Return Policy

Regarding CDs and other products that we ship, in the case of defective discs that cause no sound, skipping sound, etc., or incorrect shipments by us, please contact us by email within 5 days after the product arrives and we will exchange it.　 Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is not shipped within 7 days after arrival.

Clothing such as T-shirts and hoodies are made to order. In the case of products with print defects, damage, or defects, please contact us within 28 days after the product arrives. Regarding problems caused by the manufacturing company's mishandling, returns and exchanges are possible only within the above period.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances such as ordering by mistake.

Due to COVID-19, delivery might not be possible or might be very very late depending on the area where you live. We will then be in touch and ask if you would like to move forward with your order. If you would like to cancel your order or if the delivery is not possible due to this, we will refund you.
